Shipping policy

Processing time:

Your order(s) will be shipped from the US within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates:

Shipping costs is based on USPS first-class mail price and may include the materials that I use to ship your order (envelope/Flat rate box, packing, shipping price) and tax.

***Attempted delivery : Contact your local Post Office immediately if you receive a notice of attempted delivery. They will hold your package a few days before it is returned to me. Buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost.

Shipment confirmation and tracking: 

You will receive Shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, with tracking number included. 

Customs, Duties, and taxes: 

Mindful Ladybird is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers. 

Damages:

Mindful Ladybird is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping
